My husband and I average about 4-5 times per week using the red light face mask. It's been about 3 weeks and I can attest to reduction in dark spots, large pores and weird old people bumps and blemishes. I haven't noticed a huge reduction in fine lines yet but hopeful with prolonged usage. I do like that BonCharge offers both far and near infrared red light therapy.
Some things to consider for improving. I have an average side face and I think the mask could be made a bit longer from the hairline to just below the jawline. That would give better coverage.
Also the cord and USBc connection do get very warm after a 30 minute session on the highest intensity. I did email BonCharge regarding this and they said it was normal.
My next purchase I'm trying to save for, will hopefully be the small therapy belt formy back pain. I already have a large therapy mat but I need something small for travel.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my new PEMF mat. The night time delta waves put me right to sleep, my whole family uses the mat. Highly recommend the mat, you will not be disappointed, its more than I imagined.
Absolutely love the glasses. I was a bit hesitant at purchasing the glasses when you can't try them on but the pictures helped. Thet fit really well and I find they have helped with working long hours in front of the computer.
bought these and other blue blocking glasses from Bon Charge, can't live without them anymore, wish I bought them earlier. Love them, even just going on the Metro is a great relief not having the blue light in my eyes. Great company, have ordered many of their items.
I’ve felt such an enormous difference since starting to use this mat. It’s a great add on for any mindfulness practice, stretching, when you want to wind down or start your day right. Really, the uses are endless. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
I have no real complaints, I will just mention for transparency that the mat is pretty heavy, which can make moving it around difficult if you don’t plan on keeping it in one place and it can be a bit hard on parts of the body when fully laying down (mainly bonier parts like heels/elbows) but nothing that should seriously deter anyone from purchasing.
Cool, actually warm, little face wand. You don't have to turn it on or off. Just slide across your face and it activates. It has a nice warm vibration.
I use the red light face mask every day and I definitely see a difference in my skin tone. My skin also feels firmer. I feel so relaxed after using it.
I'm using these bulbs in both my living room and master bedroom...with a flick of the switch our lights adjust to the differing stages of the sun across our sky. I particularly like the dim yellowing light as I prepare for bed.
Now I'm wondering how these bulbs might benefit the chickens in the coop for the long winter?!!!
These are incredible. I have cheaped-out buying other "blue light blocking glasses" in years past, never have they made any noticeable difference. The frame and quality of the glasses is very good, very light. Definitely makes a huge difference to protect the eyes against the nighttime poison light all over the place. I wear 2hours before bedtime and I drive with it because nighttime the lights of the car are becoming increasingly bright. Took me few weeks to adjust driving under this lens but now I feel comfortable. Base on my experience I think definitely improved my sleep and my eyes love to rest under this lens. I would rightly recommend it!
This night light is the best I've ever had as it is sufficient light to guide me safely in the night without disturbing my sleep pattern. It also has a useful dimmer which is really good as it can be a bit too bright if it is close the sleeping location. I would definitely recommend this light to everyone who cares about maintaining their melatonin levels during the night and have much better quality sleep and therefore more energy during the day.
This is the third product I have purchased from Bon Charge and I absolutely love it. I am a cancer survivor and had 26 surgeries in the last 12 years so sleep and relaxation are precious and hard to achieve. This mat feels amazing and helps with pain, and relaxes me so I can actually sleep. I have only used it for a month so I can't wait to see what happens when I get to use it long-term. I first heard about the Bon Charge face mask on the Dan Bongino podcast, and after doing some research to find "the best" red-light therapy mask, Bon Charge is IT!! It's been one month now, I use the mask daily (10 min) and am seeing results. Less sagging along the jaw line, my menopause acne has decrease significantly and overall, my face is looking healthier and better.
